With a spacious open floorplan, large pool & covered cabanas, it's the perfect place for gay men to relax, mingle, and make new friends . Allotted parking space for 1 with private side courtyard entry, kitchenette, electric burner,microwave, 55” new smart TV, and futon sofa for a guest.Shared laundry and pool area.
Copy of photo ID and list of guests will be required.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
